The Broncos' Randy Gradishar became the latest Denver Broncos to be inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday.
Here is a look at the players he will be joining in Canton.
Steve Atwater
Position: DB
Induction year: 2020
Years with Broncos: 1989-98
Career highlights:Atwater is a two-time Super Bowl champion, eight-time Pro Bowler, two-time All-Pro.
Champ Bailey
Position:DB
Induction year: 2019
Years with Broncos: 2004-13
Career highlights:Bailey’s 12 Pro Bowl selections are the most by a defensive back in NFL history. He was named All-Pro five times and chosen to the Broncos 50th anniversary team.
Pat Bowlen
Position: Owner
Induction year: 2019
Years with Broncos: 1984-2014
Career highlights: With Bowlen as owner, the Broncos won two Super Bowls, 21 winning seasons,13 division titles, nine conference championship berths and seven Super Bowl appearances.
Terrell Davis
Postion: RB
Induction year: 2017
Years with Broncos: 1995-2001
Career highlights: Davis was MVP ofSuper Bowl XXXII when the Broncos beat the Packers. He rushed for over 2,000 yards and was the 1998 MVP.A three-time All-Pro selection, Davis rushed for 7,607 yards and 60 TDs in just 78 career games.
John Elway, QB
Position:QB
Induction date: 2004
Years with Broncos: 1983-1998
Career highlights: Elway led the Broncos to Super Bowl wins in his last two seasons. He was named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player in 1987, AFC Offensive Player of the Year in 1993, and Super Bowl XXXIII Most Valuable Player. He had 47 game winning or game tying drives in his career.
Floyd Little
Position:RB
Induction year: 2010
Years with Broncos: 1967-75
Career highlights:Little amassed more than 12,000 all-purpose yards and scored 54 touchdowns during his career.In 1971, he became the first 1,000-yard rusher in Denver Broncos history. He won the NFL rushing title that year as he finished with 1,133 yards on 284 carries and scored 6 touchdowns.
John Lynch
Position:DB
Induction year: 2021
Years with Broncos: 2004-07
Career highlights:He helped lead the Broncos to a conference championship game appearance in 2005. That year he recorded a career-high four sacks, intercepted two passes, forced four fumbles, and racked up 69 tackles. He won the Super Bowl with the Buccaneers.
Peyton Manning
Position:QB
Induction year: 2021
Years with Broncos: 2012-15
Career highlights: Manning signed with the Broncos as a free agent in 201 andwas named the NFL’s Comeback Player of the Year and a first-team All-Pro selection. In 2013, he seet NFL single-season records for passing yards (5,477) and touchdown passes (55). In his final season, Manning and the Broncos won Super Bowl 50.
Shannon Sharpe
Position:TE
Induction year: 2011
Years with Broncos: 1990-99; 2002-03
Career highlights:He was the starting tight end in Denver’s back-to-back Super Bowl titles (XXXII and XXXIII) and the Ravens’ Super Bowl XXXV victory.Sharpe led the Broncos in receiving six times and was a four-time All-Pro.
DeMarcus Ware
Position:LB
Induction year: 2023
Years with Broncos: 2014-16
Career highlights: Ware teamed with Von Miller to help the Broncos win Super Bowl 50. He had 21.5 sacks during his tenure with the Broncos. He was named to the All-Pro team seven time while with the Cowboys.
Gary Zimmerman
Position:OL
Induction year: 2008
Years with Broncos: 1993-97
Career highlights: Zimmerman was traded to the Broncos in 1993.The Broncos led the AFC in total combined yards in 1995 and led the NFL in that category in 1996 and 1997 with Zimmerman. He was part of an offensive line that dominated Super Bowl XXXII.
Other players in HOF that played for Broncos: Willie Brown, Tony Dorsett, Brian Dawkins and Ty Law.
